Rating:  - I don't love this dvd, but I like it a lot...Since Mala wrote such a great detailed review I wont repeat but wanted to give my overall opinion. It's obvious that both Sadie and Kaya are great teachers and excellent dancers. And I like their personalities a lot. It's full of good instruction, however, I think I'd rather see Kaya and Sadie doing parts alone as opposed to both always together. At times it works, but at times it felt odd. Their performance at the end is stellar! They should put that choreo on an instructional dvd. I have no problem with the outfits but you can't see the hip movements at parts. But it's no biggie. I really like Sadie's Thrillin Drillin and the Taqsim dvd better. But still, I"m looking forward to the second part of this dvd and will defenitly plan to get it. Rating:  - BellydanceThis DVD is awesome. Sadie and Kaya are very easy to follow and understand. I would recommend this dvd to everyone. These two are excellent teachers, in class or on dvd. Not only are they extremely talented, they are beautiful and nice people too. ;) Rating: - Absolute bellydance precision with double instructionI don't suppose anyone in the world can dance quite like Sadie and Kaya do - but if you want even some of their skills, here they are, up for grabs on their workshop-on-a-disk, Pops Locks and Shimmies. In this power-packed instructional DVD, one of a series of two, I believe, they pretty much give away all their secrets. They take up the most controlled and precise movements that embellish belly dancing and they teach them to you with incredible clarity. They also get you to practice them, with well-conceptualized drills. The content is all unique and you won't find it elsewhere, except perhaps for some similar content in smaller chunks on Sadie's drum solo videos. But what is most unique and impressive of all on this video is the instructional format. The two dancers don't just stand there doing exactly the same thing (I've always found that phenomenally dumb).
