I was blessed (or cursed) with beefy thighs and ever since I got back into weight/cardio training, thigh rubbing has put a serious damper on my performance, especially during running and basketball practice. After researching, I found that a lot of athletes use compression shorts under their clothing to alleviate thigh rubbing. I bought a pair of the Under Armour compression shorts and I can't figure out how I've worked out without them. The fit, the comfort, there are so MANY pros to this product. As long as you get the size correct for you, they'll fit like "second skin". The waist band didn't roll and it stayed on my waist even during bending and squatting exercises. The crotch area didn't bunch up so my "package" was secure and comfortable throughout.
